The Academic Board Meeting of Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University State Conservatory was held on October 6, 2026, with the participation of academic staff.
During the meeting, the evaluation of educational processes, monitoring of program outcomes, accreditation activities, documentation of student activities, and information efforts regarding the Social Transcript system were discussed. In addition, possible initiatives to strengthen communication with graduates, establish an alumni network, and increase participation in activities were evaluated.
The meeting also addressed internationalization and Erasmus activities, preparations for upcoming workshops and instrument promotion activities, as well as potential projects to be carried out within the scope of the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory and the determination of relevant educational materials.
The Academic Board Meeting concluded with evaluations concerning the planning of the identified activities and the follow-up of related processes.
