2026-2027 Academic Year Opening Lecture and Instrument Selection Held at the State Conservatory
At Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University State Conservatory, an opening lecture and instrument selection process for first-year undergraduate students were held on September 23, 2026, as part of the 2026-2027 academic year.
The opening lecture was delivered by the Director of the State Conservatory, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Serkan UMUZDAŞ. During the lecture, the “Terror-Free Türkiye” objective was addressed within the framework of national unity and solidarity, social peace, and social cohesion. Evaluations on social integration, shared values, and the sense of unity were also presented to the students.
Following the opening lecture, the instrument selection process was carried out to determine the instruments that first-year undergraduate students would continue studying throughout their education. Students were also informed about their academic processes and instrumental studies.
The opening lecture contributed to helping students adapt to conservatory education, become familiar with academic processes, and make a well-informed start to the new academic year.
