Mission

Knowing and maintaining its historical and cultural themes across generations is one of the features that make a nation strong. For this reason, these elements are included in the national education system of every nation.

Researching Turkish Music and its components, which is one of our cultural riches, is important in terms of maintaining tradition, communication and interaction, and this task is largely the responsibility of universities. We, as members of the State Conservatory; We work in the context of providing theoretical and practical contributions to our music, which has an important place among world music.

 

Vision

It protects our culture and art, which has a deep-rooted history, raises awareness of our society about the historical and cultural environment, follows, researches and interprets traditional and contemporary techniques, contributes scientifically to the solution of current problems, is open to innovation and developments, and has a disciplined contemporary education and training approach to Turkish Music and the world. We aim to contribute to music.

We witness the characters of our students entrusted to us by developing their minds with music. We move forward into the future by supporting their values such as commitment, love, respect and self-discipline.
